We carefully plan every step of your trip. Please read which steps we use from the start when we recieve your first inquiry till the end of your trip.
Step 1: Your own Personal Assistant
With the mail inquiry or request you will send to us the “Personal Assistant” will be assigned to help you with your questions. He will personally guide you through entire process; weather you just need some basic info about gulets or you are interested in detailed tailor made offer for your group. For every inquiry we prepare a special tailor made brochure on 11 pages with all the info you might need.
Step 2: Decision making support & process
Booking a gulet is not easy. Making a final decision in the name of entire group traveling with you can be tricky. That is why we offer you the support of our “Personal Assistants”. The main goal of the assistant is to determine your wishes and according to that offer you the best program (Family, Party, Gourmet, VIP, Active, Archeological, Religious, Nature based, Towns oriented or other), the best gulet in the category you are searching for (Economy, Standard, Luxury, VIP, Best in the World) for lowest possible price.
Step 3: Reservation and general terms
With a booking decision we need full name of the reservation holder, address and telephone number. According to preliminary arrangements, we can then prepare a contract with all the agreed information from the offers we gave you with your inquiry.
Upon signed contract the customer pays an advance payment of 40% for boat rental (or according to the general conditions of particular ship). After advanced payment is settled, your gulet boat is booked and reserved for you.
Step 4: Preference list
4 weeks before departure you will receive a "preference list", which is a questionnaire with additional points to tailor your cruise wishes to perfection. All questions related to food and drinks on board, allergies, transport from airport to gulet and back, additional preferences about the route, birthday occasions, etc, are written on this document, which allows the crew to prepare for your cruise perfectly. We want you to feel comfortable, safe and care-free and moreover that the cruise is turning out according to your expectations.
Step 5: Travel Documents
Before your gulet cruise departure you will receive few additional instructions and documents that will ensure you a truly pleasant cruise.
• Voucher - travel document showing your paid services which must be presented upon arrival to our representative or captain
• Notice of departure –where you will find all necessary information about ships location and arrival procedures, phone numbers of our representatives and/or owner or captain on board and all the necessary phone numbers which might come in handy
• Code of Conduct on board – there are different rules on board as there are in hotels. You will be informed of these rules prior to departure.
• The questionnaires – is a piece of paper that you fill out and hand in to our representative on the site. Your opinion on the cruise is of utmost importance to us.
Step 6: Arrival to your destination
With the help of “Preference list” we will be 100% prepared for your arrival. In case of transfer from airport to gulet there will be a pick-up driver waiting for you with your name on the board and will escort you directly to the ship. On gulet you will be warmly greeted by our representative, owner or captain and you will enjoy a friendly welcome drink while we will introduce you to your crew and show you the gulet.
If any additional payments are necessary before departure (food payment, final pay rent for the boat, etc.) we will help you take care of those final payments, so you do not need to worry about it during the cruise.
Step 7: Proactive assistance during the cruise
In case of any assistance, questions or emergency, our Representative will be at your service at all times via telephone. You can also call if you need help with organizing additional trips, sports or other activities during the cruise.
Step 8: Gulet departure - We love your feedback
At the end of the cruise you will be re-awaited by our representative with whom you can have a drink or chat regarding your cruise and suggest what more can we possibly do in the future for you. Your feedback is at most importance to us! Please submit the questionnaires about the cruise to our representative. At the end of the cruise please also settle any additional payments (such as drink beverages during the cruise and port charges) or any other costs that might have incurred during the cruise, if these costs are based on your additional wishes (or contract).
